Refund policy

Returns
When you shop at Arts and funky, you’ll have 14 days once your order has been delivered to inform us that you require a refund.  You then have 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us.  We will arrange for DPD to collect the item/items from you and you will be liable for the costs of collection. We do not accept returns via royal mail.

To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it/them. It/they must also be in the original packaging, unopened and not damaged.  Clearance items are not eligible for a refund. 

However, we treat every refund request on a case by case basis.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order then please contact us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please remain conscious that refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear and that the refunded amount will remain reserved until the refund process has completed. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 working days then please contact info@artsandfunky.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact info@artsandfunky.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any duty, import, or general taxes or fees for sending our product to an international country will be passed to the consumer, we are not responsible for these extra charges. By placing your order, you accept the terms that an international order held by customs or is lost in transit cannot receive a refund. An order that falls under these circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. We ask that you please inquire with your local governing authorities before returning your order from overseas.
